Cowboy Parade Entry Form

ENTRY DEADLINE - Must be received by Wednesday, Sept 30th.

One Person must fill out this form for each parade entry. Everyone in the parade, including children, must complete the Participation and Release Form (separate documents):

• 2026 Adult Participation and Release Form
• 2026 Child Participation and Release Form

All Entries Must Be Motorless, Human and Animal Powered only.

After 8 AM, pick up your entry number at the check-in table at one of the following:
• 2nd Ave & 8th St.
• 5th Ave & 4th St.
• 5th St. & Main

You do not need an entry number for the Horseback Social.

If you have music, please describe type and if you will use sound amplification. Music must not be disruptive to other parade entries and horses. The Cowboy Gathering reserves the right to set music levels for any entries. Music entries will be lined up as best possible to not interfere with each other.
