• 2nd Ave & 8th St.
• 5th Ave & 4th St.
• 5th St. & Main

You do not need an entry number for the Horseback Social.

This is the only release needed to participate in the Horseback Social and/or Parade.

Wagons are welcome in the parade, but please no wagons in the horseback social.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and PHOTO RELEASE

I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, and /or personal representatives knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Durango Cowboy Gathering, the Cowboy Parade, and Horseback Social (the “Activity”).

I hereby release and forever discharge Durango Cowboy Gathering, Inc., the City of Durango, Co, their officers, staff, volunteers, representatives, successors and assigns from any physical or psychological injury or economic loss that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the Activity.

I UNDERSTAND THAT EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES AND PARADES ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES WHICH MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY AND/OR DEATH TO HORSES AND/OR RIDERS, OTHER PARTICIPANTS, AND/OR NON-PARTICIPANTS.

I am voluntarily participating in the Activity, and I am participating entirely at my own risk. I'm aware of the risks associated with participating, which may include but are but are not limited to physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, and / or economic loss. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others negligence and conditions related to the Activity. Nonetheless I assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me.

PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE. I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness, and sound of my participation in the Activity to Durango Cowboy Gathering without payment or any other consideration.
