Concert Under The Stars Fundraiser
Sunday, April 23 at 5:00pm

The Durango Cowboy Poetry Gathering presents our newest fundraising event, "Concert Under The Stars" which will take place on Sunday, April 23.  This special program will be held at the historic Steward Ranch, also known as Destination Ranch, where part of the movie City Slickers was filmed.  The ranch is located at the very end of Lightner Creek Road.  Our special guests will be Miss Devon and the Outlaw, five-time Best Duo Harmony award winners of the International Western Music Association.  They will be joined by the Timberline Cowboys (Geary Parsons and Mike Mullins) who successfully blend cowboy lore, humor, and romance into their music repertoire.  Also performing will be former Durango Cowboy Poetry Gathering President Lindy Simmons who was named the 2021 Cowboy Poetry Champion by the International Western Music Association.  The gate will open at 4:00 pm and entertainment begins at 5:00 pm.  The price of $35 per person includes a variety of appetizers, iced tea, soft drinks, water, beer, and wine.  Tickets on sale online or at the door.  Call (970) 403-4451 for more information.
